Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šLead, mentor, and manage the video production team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. šAdminister and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the video production department. Foster a collaborative and creative team environment. š Oversee the complete video production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. š Directly contribute to video production as a motion editor, with understanding on technical specifications. š Organize and coordinate all aspects of the shoot process, including scheduling, location scouting, and site preparation. š Ensure that camera crews arrive on set with the necessary equipment and resources. š Develop, implement, and maintain a consistent visual style and branding for all company video content. Stay abreast of current video production techniques and technologies.
Requirements
šProven experience in managing video production teams and projects. šStrong creative vision and ability to translate business objectives into engaging video content. š Deep understanding of current video production trends, techniques, and technologies. š Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects). šExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
