Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the team responsible for Crossmint products’ availability, performance, efficiency, monitoring, and emergency response. Your responsibilities will include: 📍Stabilize Production Environments: Triage and resolve recurring infrastructure issues ensuring uptime, performance, and operational maturity. 📍Deploy and Manage Services: Own deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure for Node.js applications running on AWS. 📍Build for Observability: Enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to provide clear visibility into system health and performance, minimizing false positives and improving incident response. 📍Improve Developer Velocity: Design internal tools, workflows, and CI/CD pipelines that make life easier for product and platform teams, balancing reliability with speed. 📍Drive Proactive Reliability Work: Identify weak points before they become incidents. Champion initiatives like chaos testing, failover planning, and load testing to build real resilience.
About You
📍To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 📍Proven experience using the following: 📍Platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP. 📍MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis. 📍CI/CD tools. 📍Experience working within a team and references to back it.
