Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šProvide in-depth technical knowledge and expertise on R3ās products and solutions. šConduct detailed technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of R3ās solutions. šUnderstand and articulate the business challenges and opportunities in capital markets that can be addressed by R3ās technology. šDevelop and present tailored business cases and ROI analyses to potential clients, aligning R3ās solutions with their strategic objectives. šAct as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and requirements. šRespond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries, providing comprehensive and compelling responses. šPromote R3ās CBDC and digital assets solutions to executive-level stakeholders in the MENA region. šDevelop and deliver strategic presentations and proposals that demonstrate the benefits and potential of R3ās offerings in the digital assets space. šWork closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities, supporting them throughout the sales cycle. šCollaborate with product management, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client needs and R3ās product roadmap. šContribute to and engage in go-to-market campaigns promoting R3ās solutions and value propositions. šMaintain up-to-date knowledge of key competitive vendors in the DLT/blockchain and capital markets domain. šLeverage competitive insights to better position R3ās solutions and address client concerns. šLeverage established relationships with key personas at Leading Financial Institutions (LFIs) and Central Banks in the GCC region to drive business development and sales efforts. šExpand and nurture a network of high-level contacts within the financial sector to support R3ās growth in the MENA region. šBe willing to travel up to 50% of the time within the MENA region to meet clients, attend industry events, and support sales activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
šBachelorās degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. š5+ years of experience in a presales, solutions architect, or technical consulting role. šTechnical and domain knowledge within capital markets, blockchain or DLT. šStrong understanding of the MENA market and experience working with clients in the region. šExcellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. šProven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions. šStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. šAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. šStrong organizational and time-management skills. šProficiency in English and preferably Arabic. šWillingness to travel within the MENA region as needed.
