We are looking for a Senior P2P Product Manager to spearhead Wallet’s rapidly expanding P2P Market and surrounding initiatives.

Wallet on Telegram is your gateway to the world of digital currencies, specially tailored for individuals in emerging markets. We understand the complexities and intimidation often associated with existing crypto solutions, which is why we've designed the Wallet to be the ultimate user-friendly platform for managing finances. No need to open a traditional bank account or wrestle with convoluted crypto exchanges and wallets.

Leveraging the power of advanced blockchain technology, Wallet delivers a seamless onboarding experience into the crypto ecosystem. It enables users to effortlessly store, send, and receive digital currencies, all via the familiar interface of Telegram. Managing your finances becomes as simple as sending a message.

Responsibilities

📍Develop and execute the product strategy for our crypto P2P market, aligning with the company's overall vision to bring easy P2P on/off ramps globally together with a BD. 📍Coordinate and lead a team of marketers, engineers and a designer to continuously improve and expand the current product based on a product roadmap of your initiative. 📍Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviours, and translate them into actionable product requirements. 📍Keep on top of P2P market trends and others’ activities to identify new opportunities and improvements for the platform. 📍Monitor key metrics and user feedback to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, and make data-driven decisions for optimization in coordination with the analytics team.

Requirements:

📍Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry, marketplace domain OR 2 years experience in operating a P2P marketplace, such as at an exchange or independent company. 📍Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products in a fast-paced, agile environment. 📍Experience gathering and analysing user data, conducting market research and translating insights into product features. 📍Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. 📍Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. 📍Ability to operate in a global environment, with regard to compliance and regulatory requirements. 📍English proficiency at B2+ Level or higher.
