Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Design and develop robust, high-performance systems for futures order management, trade execution, risk management, and settlement 📍Implement advanced trading, risk, and compliance features to meet the needs of our sophisticated crypto futures traders 📍Optimize system performance, reliability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, trading, and compliance, to translate business requirements into technical solutions 📍Proactively identify and address operational bottlenecks and areas for improvement 📍Mentor and guide junior developers to develop their skills and technical expertise
Requirements
📍Degree in Business, Finance or relevant disciplines 📍Extensive experience in risk management and process optimization. 📍More than 2 years of Futures operation experience and and preferably 2+ years in Futures trading in the financial services and/or cryptocurrency industry 📍At least 1 years of hedge fund operations experience 📍Good knowledge in various asset classes including equities, futures and options 📍Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. 📍Experience in risk management and automation tools. 📍Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects at once.
