Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šOversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. š Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate financial records. šPrepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders. šLead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis to drive business decisions. šCollaborate with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely completion of audits and addressing any findings. šMentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. šStay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance.
Qualifications:
šBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. šMinimum of 7 years of accounting experience with a focus in financial services, real estate, or renewable energy industries. šProven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a high-performing team. šStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. šExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
