Job Summary

What You Will Be Doing:

šŸ“Design and develop comprehensive learning modules and instructional materials using both traditional and modern training methods and technologies šŸ“Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for diverse employees across different levels within the organization šŸ“Coordinate and manage end-to-end learning and development programs, ensuring they are delivered effectively and meet the set objectives šŸ“Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs that address those needs while aligning with the companyā€™s strategic goals. It would be advantageous to have previous experience collaborating with engineering teams šŸ“Work closely with the other teams and assist them in the administration of mandatory training šŸ“Lead the evaluation of training programsā€™ effectiveness, leveraging feedback and performance data to improve content and delivery methods continuously šŸ“Stay abreast of the latest trends in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches and best practices into our L&D initiatives šŸ“Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth šŸ“Manage external vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality resources and cost-effective solutions are utilized šŸ“Create routine and ad-hoc reports on Talent Growth activities and programs šŸ“Assists across employee engagement initiatives

What Makes You Stand Out:

šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field. A masterā€™s degree is preferred šŸ“A minimum of 4 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, and training facilitation in a corporate organizational setting šŸ“Proven track record in designing and developing engaging instructional materials for various learning modalities šŸ“Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners šŸ“Proficiency in spoken English and exceptional writing skills in the language šŸ“Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) šŸ“Excellent organizational and program management skills šŸ“Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
