Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
đź“ŤMaximize revenue by identifying and monetizing short and long-term mispricing, as well as managing the resulting positions đź“ŤTake on responsibility and ownership of your executions to drive the Index Options strategy forward đź“ŤCollaborate with the team to develop a deep level of expertise and innovation in the Index Options space
Your Skills and Experience:
đź“Ť2+ years of experience as an Index Volatility Trader
đź“ŤDemonstrated success managing positions and risk for a large Index Options Desk
đź“ŤExperience with programming, preferably in Python
đź“ŤProven ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
đź“ŤDeep understanding of analytics and the fundamental drivers of volatility dynamics
đź“ŤBS, MS, or PhD, preferably in business, economics, or STEM is required
