Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šConduct HR audits and investigations. šManage the HR budget. šDevelop and maintain HR policies and procedures. šServe as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters. šParticipate in ad hoc projects when required.
What we are looking for:
šBachelorās degree in human resources management or equivalent. š7 years+ of experience in human resources or related field. šAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. šExperience in following and maintaining workplace privacy. šDeep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations. šEfficient HR administration and people management skills. šKnowledge of HR functions and best practices. šExcellent written and verbal communication skills. šWorks comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines. šSuperb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software. šRemarkable organizational and conflict management skills. šStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
