Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives as the organizations continue to grow and scale globally. Topics may include performance management, organizational design, change management, compensation/commission management, cultural integration, etc. 📍Be a champion for employee engagement, fostering a positive and productive work environment for our global team. 📍Leverage data analytics to inform HR decisions and measure the impact of HR programs. 📍Provide trusted guidance and coaching to leaders at all levels, ensuring effective talent management practices to drive high performing organizations. 📍Lead HR projects related to team success, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. 📍Manage all aspects of the HR function for your assigned business unit(s), including partnership with talent acquisition, onboarding of new employees, and employee relations.
What We Look For In You
📍7+ years of HR experience, with background as HR Business Partner, OD, C&B, and/or TD, ideally within a high-growth tech or financial services company. 📍Experience working with C-suite executives in corporate governance groups (ie. Legal, Compliance, Audit, Risk, etc) 📍Data-centric with the ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. 📍Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational support. 📍Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. 📍Experience working effectively with global, remote teams across various time zones. 📍Passionate about building and shaping company culture, fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration.
