Job Summary
You will:
šDesign and build scalable, low-latency distributed services for mission-critical business logic. šCollaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and R&D leads to technical solutions aligned with business goals. šTake ownership of end-to-end software delivery: from technical design to deployment and monitoring in production. šLead and participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. šDrive improvements in code quality, architecture, and system performance. šEnsure observability and operational readiness from day one: metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting are second nature. šIntroduce modern tools, patterns, and practices to improve developer productivity and system reliability.
What Weāre Looking For
š5+ years of backend development experience, including 2+ years working with Golang in production. šExperience designing and building high-throughput, real-time backend systems. šSolid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, with hands-on experience in modeling and performance tuning. šStrong understanding of event-driven architecture and experience with messaging systems like Kafka, NATS, or similar. šDeep hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps tooling (CI/CD, IaC).
