Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šOriginate and lead M&A transactions with an annual fee generation target of $2.5M-$3.5M. šLeverage an established network in the Middle East to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. šManage end-to-end deal processes, from origination through to completion. šWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored M&A solutions.
Requirements:
šProven experience in originating $2.5M+ in annual fees. šSector-agnostic or experience in Industrials, Energy, or Business Services. šDemonstrated network and relationships within the Middle Eastern region. šStrong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively. šArabic language skills are highly beneficial.
