Job Summary
YOUR MISSION:
šMarketing Specialist: Support the development and execution of localized marketing strategies that resonate with the Taiwan audience while aligning with Bjakās global vision. šConsumer Insight Analyst: Understand Taiwanās consumer behavior and trends, using insights to create impactful campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. šDigital Marketing Enthusiast: Leverage digital marketing channels such as social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing to maximize reach and ROI. šBrand Promoter: Assist in positioning Bjak as a leading brand in Taiwan, ensuring our messaging aligns with local values and resonates with our target audience. šData-Driven Marketer: Use analytics to measure campaign performance, understand market dynamics, and inform future marketing decisions. šCollaborative Team Player: Work effectively with internal teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. šVendor Coordinator: Collaborate with local agencies, influencers, and media partners to amplify campaigns and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
šExperience: 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the Taiwan market. šCampaign Expertise: Experience in crafting and executing integrated marketing campaigns tailored to local audiences. šDigital Savvy: Knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. šBilingual Communication: Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, with the ability to produce engaging content and manage bilingual campaigns. šResults-Oriented: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. šMarket Insight: Understanding of the Taiwan market, including regulatory considerations, cultural nuances, and competitive dynamics.
