Job Summary
Responsibilities for this Position Include:
šLead and contribute to the redesign of our brand's visual identity, ensuring it aligns with the company's values, mission, and goals. šPresent and communicate design direction, decisions, and rationale to other teams and work closely with senior stakeholders to position product strategy. šCollaborate with the team to modernize and refresh the company's logo while preserving brand recognition. šOversee and contribute to an existing design system. Develop and maintain consistent visual identities for various brand touchpoints, including print materials, digital assets, and merchandise. šCreate captivating visual content for social media platforms, including images, graphics, and videos, to enhance brand awareness and engagement. šDesign effective communication materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations, that convey the brand's message and values. šDevelop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of the brand's visual identity across all media and platforms. šWork closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life and support their design needs. šStay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually elevate the brand's visual presence.
Requirements
šProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere šPro and Figma for crafting engaging social media content and communication materials. šA solid portfolio of work that contains examples of design for digital products and services in the SaaS / Technology space. šExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. šA deep understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and branding paired with a strong creative vision to plan design roadmaps with senior stakeholders. šAbility to oversee and manage multiple projects and ship quality products at scale. šAbility to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.
