Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Craft compelling graphic design assets and shape brand identities with precision and creativity. 📍Collaborate closely with animation and UX/UI teams to deliver seamless design experiences. 📍Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually elevate the quality of our design work. 📍Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the design team, fostering their growth and development. 📍Participate in client meetings and presentations, articulating design concepts and strategies with clarity and confidence. 📍Contribute to the development of internal processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and creativity within the design team
Requirements
Experience and Skills 📍Demonstrable professional experience as a Graphic or Multidisciplinary Designer, with a focus on brand development and marketing design. 📍The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of professional design agency experience including client presentation and liaison. 📍Proven track record of delivering high-quality graphic design assets across various digital and print platforms. 📍Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools, including Figma. 📍Project management experience including the implementation of tools such as Clickup. 📍Experience in collaborating with animation and UX/UI teams to deliver cohesive design experiences.
