Job Summary
You Will
šPartner with Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering to translate regulatory requirements into clear data deliverables. šEnsure data integrity and auditability by establishing robust documentation, validation, and QA processes for all reporting. šRespond to ad-hoc regulatory requests and audits, balancing accuracy with speed under tight deadlines. šCollaborate with Data Engineering and Infrastructure teams to automate and scale recurring reporting processes, reducing reliance on manual work. šContribute to a centralized reporting dictionary and knowledge base for regulatory deliverables. šMonitor changes in regulatory expectations and proactively adapt reporting approaches. šProvide insights and context around regulatory data to stakeholders, highlighting risks, anomalies, or trends.
You Have
š8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering šBackground in financial services, fintech, or regulatory reporting šExpertise in SQL and large-scale data sets šProficiency with BI/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode, etc.) šUnderstanding of data modeling, ETL, and data warehouse concepts
