Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Help establish a structure and cadence for sales team reviews and reporting to increase visibility, drive growth, and resolve blockers 📍Develop metrics for pipeline management, process measurement, and identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities 📍Work with the Analytics team to develop periodic Business Reviews to share with key strategic partners and foster engagement 📍Help grow and develop Figure’s Sales and Partnerships operations 📍Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems for the Figure leadership team 📍Create reporting for internal stakeholders to track progress versus OKRs 📍Help develop and utilize frameworks to structure the team’s thinking, drive visibility, and facilitate alignment 📍Analyze large amounts of information and data quickly and effectively to reduce complexity and make actionable recommendations for Figure
What We Look For
📍BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience 📍2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business operations at a high-growth company 📍Strong organizational and project management skills 📍Intellectual curiosity and great data skills 📍Solid analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills 📍Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes 📍Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment 📍Experience working sales teams
