Responsibilities:

📍Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand and document business needs, focusing on clarity and precision to ensure the project's foundation is robust and comprehensive. 📍Software Development Requirement Document (SDRD): Utilize your detailed-oriented approach to develop SDRDs that encapsulate the functional and technical aspects required for the project, emphasizing accuracy and thoroughness in documentation. 📍Functional Specification Document (FSD): Craft FSDs that depict the system’s functionalities and interactions in detail, ensuring alignment with development teams and client expectations, facilitated by your meticulous attention to detail. 📍Stakeholder Management: Engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including those who speak Vietnamese, ensuring clear communication and understanding across all parties involved in the project. 📍Process Modeling: Apply your analytical skills to model and improve business processes, identifying efficiencies and automation opportunities, with a careful and detailed approach to optimization. 📍Technology Understanding: Demonstrate your knowledge of technology, especially as it applies to the banking, insurance, and fintech sectors, to bridge business requirements with technical implementation effectively. 📍Problem Solving: Approach problem-solving with a systematic, analytical mindset, offering innovative solutions while being cautious of potential risks and implications. 📍Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and demonstrating flexibility to work independently or as part of a team, always with a careful and precise approach. 📍Detail-Oriented: Show an exceptional level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project deliverables. 📍Requirements Engineering: Manage project requirements and changes meticulously, ensuring smooth project execution and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

Qualifications: 📍Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 📍Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong preference for those with experience in the banking, insurance, or fintech sectors. 📍Proficiency in Vietnamese, with the ability to communicate effectively with Vietnamese-speaking clients and stakeholders. 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 📍Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to challenges. 📍Experience in writing SDRDs and FSDs, with a demonstrated ability to facilitate requirement gathering sessions. 📍Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience using Jira/Trello or similar task management tools. 📍A proactive learner capable of adapting to dynamic work environments. 📍Strong interpersonal skills, with a careful, meticulous, and cautious personality ensuring thoroughness and reliability in all tasks undertaken.
