Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities
šFacilitate communications with product stakeholders to understand product requirements and priorities. šElicit business and functional requirements and prepare requirement documentation as it pertains to new products, tools or solutions šRecommend efficient models and workflow processes; create process flows to facilitate understanding and agreement with internal and external stakeholders using various notation (use cases, business process diagrams, workflows, swim lanes). šLearn about a specific business need rapidly through analysis by using fit/gap analysis, feasibility studies, and business case creation. šCreate User Story with detailed Acceptance Criteria šWork with engineering team to translate business requirements to build, test and deliver products to clients and users šLead the scrum team using Agile methodology and scrum practices. šHelp the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction. šPrioritize requirements with stakeholders. šWork side-by-side with appropriate teams to represent the customer, set priorities when conflicts arise, and answer specific requirements questions. šCoordinate user acceptance tests, training and communication as needed. šDevelop detailed expertise in a line of business. šEnable change throughout the organization. šAssist in the development and execution of best practices, techniques, business architecture governance and tools as needed by the PMO.
Qualifications
šBachelorās degree in computer science, information systems, business or a related field from an accredited university or institution or equivalent work experience. š3+ years of experience in IT BA activities šExperience working with cloud projects. šExperience working on multiple project types (i.e. commercial off the shelf, new development, and enhancements/support). šExperience working in multiple business areas within an organization. šExperience writing unambiguous, verified to a testable level requirement. šCompetent analytical skills and business acumen; analytical thinking, problem solving and quantitative abilities; detail oriented, committed to a high level of accuracy; track record of managing multiple projects concurrently. šExcellent organizational, time-management, and meeting facilitation skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
