Job Summary
Your mission
šDevelop and maintain high-performance, resilient microservices and APIs to power Ledger's products, including integrations with staking, yield, DeFi services, and blockchain explorers. šContribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable solutions, proactively identifying and addressing technical challenges. šEnsure software quality through testing, documentation, and performance optimization, including monitoring and alerting systems. šEnhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines to secure and streamline deployment workflows. šProvide technical leadership and mentorship, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful projects and improve engineering standards. šDrive innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement, contributing to a shared knowledge base, and participating in technical outreach. šManage projects effectively, respecting deadlines, priorities, and deliverables.
What we're looking for
šExperienced engineer and continuous learner with 6+ years of relevant engineering experience. š2+ years of technical leadership experience, including effective communication of complex concepts and cross-team coordination to ship critical products. šAdvanced Scala proficiency; expert-level proficiency, and advanced mastery of a second backend language (e.g., Rust, Java, Python, PHP) is a plus. šExcellent collaboration and communication skills. šExperience collaborating closely with QA, product management, and key stakeholders to develop and deliver on a shared vision. šLed development of complex, high-performance interactive browser applications, including architecture, infrastructure, and optimization. šExperience with various web architecture patterns (e.g., Microservices, Event-Driven, P2P).
