Job Summary
Responsibilities
šYour primary role will be the development of new potential clients and maintaining a pipeline of potential opportunities, this will be done through a variety of approved channels šCollaborate with sales leadership to identify sales funnels and pipelines. šBecome an expert in the cryptocurrency market and Figure Marketās businesses: the Exchange, Stablecoin (YLDS), Loans, and Margin Trading. šUnderstand client needs and develop tailored solutions to ensure maximum service adoption. šManage the handover of newly acquired clients with the Customer Success Team and monitor account openings and full progress. šAdvocate for clients by providing insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and services. šResponsible for the full sales-cycle. Prospect new business, generate and qualify leads, nurture contacts, and importantly, close. šConduct consultative sales calls and product deep dives, leveraging your expertise of Figure Marketsā products and how they meet the needs of a specific client. šMust be a self starter.
Skills and Experience
šBachelorās degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience. š3+ years of hands-on experience in Cryptocurrency sales roles focusing on trading platforms, blockchain technology, and wallet infrastructure. šHave a hunter mentality with a drive to prospect, and resilient follow-up. šStrong understanding of trading platforms, blockchain technology, and wallet infrastructure. šExperience cultivating client relationships over in person and the phone, developing long-term relationships. šEffectively interact with others in a pleasant, professional manner. šStrong client relationship building experience šGenuine interest in financial services and cryptocurrency; crypto experience professionally or personally is a plus. šAbility to work in a competitive, fast paced environment. šExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
