Job Summary
In this role, you will:
đź“ŤOwn end-to-end financial accounting and reporting for AI platform infrastructure costs to support a timely month-end close đź“ŤDrive improvements in the quality of numbers by working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to improve the reliability of data đź“ŤMaintain lease accounting schedules and record adjustments for lease modifications when appropriate đź“ŤBe the resident expert on ASC 842 and manage all hardware lease schedules and monthly accounting đź“ŤBuild scalable processes and systems to support the scale-up of the organization đź“ŤPartner with other members of the accounting team to draft technical accounting memos related to platform infrastructure costs đź“ŤBe the primary liaison with external auditors for platform infrastructure costs
We’re looking for a blend of:
đź“ŤProgressive experience in accounting, audit or advisory services đź“ŤDeep understanding of artificial intelligence development and platform infrastructure investments as key inputs to its success đź“ŤMastery of technical accounting concepts related to leases (ASC 842) đź“ŤBest-in-class attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy đź“ŤExemplary interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders on complex topics đź“ŤCPA or CA required
