Job Summary
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
šServe as the lead point of contact for select customer relationships šRun and execute Account Management playbook šKeep clients abreast of Messari Enterprise and Mainnet conference opportunities to grow accounts šHelp facilitate research deliverables for Protocol Services šBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, keeping track of client feedback, and recommending process and product improvements. šClearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders šAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed šEngage with protocol communities
WHO YOU ARE:
šStrong interest (obsession) in the crypto industry, and desire to get involved both inside and outside of the office šCustomer obsessed and process obsessed šA minimum of 3-5+ years experience in account management, sales or business development at a professional services, technology, or finance/fintech company. Crypto experience preferred. šCollaborative and motivated mindset. Willingness to work in a fun, high-paced, team environment. šStrong communication skills with the ability to articulate, present, and debate complex problems with all levels of management
