Job Summary

Key responsibilities:

📍Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their business goals and challenges and align our solutions to meet their needs. 📍Web3 Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed advice and insights to clients. 📍Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication with clients and internal teams. 📍Project Management: Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. 📍Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements and resolve any issues. 📍Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts by introducing additional services or products that add value to their business. 📍Problem Solving: Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet client needs and exceed their expectations. 📍Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients on project status, performance metrics, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports that demonstrate the value delivered by our solutions.

Requirements

📍Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role, preferably within the Web3, blockchain, or fintech industry. 📍Web3 Knowledge: Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi. 📍Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner. 📍Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients. 📍Project Management: Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 📍Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to client challenges. 📍Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
