Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the first (and so far, only) company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto. We're fully remote, with team members across the globe.
Job Summary
Responsibilities
šImplement pixel-perfect UI components and user experiences that align with design specifications and brand guidelines. šDevelop and maintain a robust design system library, ensuring consistency and scalability across all Ondo web applications. šCollaborate with designers and product managers to translate high-fidelity designs into responsive, performant, and accessible web interfaces. šEnhance UI with animations, transitions, and micro-interactions to improve usability and engagement. šOptimize front-end code for performance and accessibility, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers. šWork closely with front-end engineers to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation. šStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in front-end development, design trends, and interaction design best practices. šParticipate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of design excellence and technical quality.
Requirements
š 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on UI/UX design implementation. šStrong proficiency in React, JavaScript (TypeScript), HTML, and CSS. š Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones. šExperience working with and managing a design system, ensuring consistency in UI components and patterns. šA deep understanding of modern front-end development principles, including performance optimization and accessibility best practices. šAbility to create and implement fluid animations, transitions, and micro-interactions using CSS, GSAP, Framer Motion, WebGL, or similar libraries. šAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements.
