📍Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Drive hiring for key roles, ensuring LCX attracts top talent in crypto, blockchain, and fintech. 📍Employee Retention & Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, career growth, and long-term retention. 📍HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR policies, compensation structures, and compliance with Indian labor laws. 📍Performance Management: Implement effective performance evaluation systems and feedback processes. 📍Workplace Culture & Development: Foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment aligned with LCX’s mission.
Requirements
📍10+ years of HR experience, preferably in technology, fintech, or blockchain companies. 📍Expertise in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations. 📍Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and digital asset markets. 📍Ability to manage HR compliance and labor regulations in India. 📍Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 📍Fluent in English; excellent academic and business English written and spoken.
