Job Summary
Your Day-to-Day:
šProvide technical leadership and guidance to your team fostering a culture of collaboration, wellbeing, innovation, and continuous improvement. šDevelop your teamās potential and skillset over time. šBe an SME on our technical platform and services. šBe a POC to the wider business for the services we provide. šManage our teams involvements and response to incidents and outages. šManage our teams ticket intake and backlog. šContinuously review, revise and improve our workflows and processes. šWork to deliver the companies OKRās and KPIās relevant to security. šPartner with our engineering teams to deliver project-based work such as tool deployments.
What do you need to bring:
š10+ years of experience in the security operations domain, with 5+ years of professional experience leading a global support team. šStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical and non-technical challenges. šExperience building and developing teams that exhibit strong ownership, user empathy, and engineering excellence. šExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholdersā expectations. šWorking on both projects and run-the-business operations. šStrong understanding of Certificate management, Identity and access management, endpoint and network security, Cloud platforms, ProdSec and Appsec tools. šBasic knowledge on coding such as python, Java, C++ is a plus. šPeople and process development.
