Job Summary
Priorities in your first year include:
šLogging, tracking and triaging end-user inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner while escalating where necessary. šCollaborating with Salesforce Administrators and stakeholders to test and validate šSalesforce functionality and to ensure they meet established quality standards. šConducting testing and validation of Salesforce configurations, Flows, objects and records to identify and rectify any discrepancies. šDeveloping and maintaining quality assurance procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with best practices. šMaintaining SFDC environment configurations šBeginning to enhance and update Salesforce Flows and automations
Responsibilities:
šProviding first-line support to Salesforce end-users šSupporting the testing and validation of desired Salesforce functionality šPartnering with Salesforce Administrators and colleagues across the Business Technology, Data and Analytics team
