Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDesign, implement, and maintain Salesforce ServiceCloud configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring optimal system performance and data quality. šCollaborate with sales, operations, and IT partners to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable solutions that enhance the Salesforce platform and support business objectives. šDevelop, test, and deploy third-party integrations, including DocuSign, to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and automate workflows. šUtilize JIRA for effective project management, issue tracking, and communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors. šProvide Salesforce administration support, including user management, security, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data management. šDevelop custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, process builder, and Apex code to accommodate unique business requirements. šMonitor system performance and resolve issues proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users. šCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations. šOffer ongoing training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience. šStay current on Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement. šEnsures data backup and data retention requirements are met. Requirements:
šBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. šSalesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer credentials required. šMinimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, with a strong focus on ServiceCloud, SalesCloud, and MarketingCloud. šStrong emphasis on data security and familiarity with multi-region requirements (e.g., GDPR) šDemonstrated experience with third-party integrations, including DocuSign. šProficiency in JIRA for project management and issue tracking. šSolid understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. šExperience with agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). šStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
