Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šManage, mentor, and motivate the SDR team across multiple time zones. šDevelop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates. šMonitor SDR performance metrics and provide regular coaching and feedback to drive improvement. šCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and optimize the sales funnel. šEnsure that the SDR team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed. šReport on SDR team performance and make data-driven recommendations to senior management. šLead by example by occasionally participating in outreach activities to stay connected with the market.
Requirements
šProven minimum 3-5 years experience in a sales management role, particularly within the crypto or digital marketing industry. šStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage a remote team across different time zones. šStrong knowledge of Crypto/Blockchain/Web3 Space is a plus. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. šData-driven mindset with a strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs. šAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. šFamiliarity with HubSpot CRM systems and sales automation tools. šDemonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
