Job Summary
What You'll Do:
šBuild and maintain backend services in Rust, focusing on scalability and performance. šIntegrate new features into existing infrastructure with support from senior engineers. šDebug, profile, and tune performance in high-scale production environments. šCollaborate cross-functionally with product and frontend teams to integrate features and unblock development. šParticipate in code reviews and contribute to team technical discussions. šEstablish and maintain monitoring, alerting, and security best practices for the systems you own. šLearn and grow your Rust expertise through hands-on experience and mentorship.
What You'll Bring:
šProficiency in Rust is required. š2+ years building or maintaining production systems šStrong understanding of distributed systems and database fundamentals. šAbility to work autonomously, move fast, and deliver high-quality code. šStrong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced startup environment. šBonus: Web3 or blockchain experience or familiarity with Solana.
