Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šTechnology Management: šManage and optimize revenue automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Nav, Apollo, etc.) šImplement and maintain integrations between marketing systems and CRM (e.g., Hubspot). š Ensure data integrity across multiple different systems and manage the migrations šLead Management & Nurturing: š Design and implement lead scoring and nurturing programs. š Ensure timely and accurate lead handoff between marketing and sales. š Monitor and improve lead conversion rates throughout the funnel. šProcess Optimization & Documentation: šIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. š Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing operations. šTrain and support sales team members on best practices and system usage. šData Analysis & Insights: š Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. š Provide insights and data to support decision-making and strategic planning. šCross-Functional Collaboration: šWork closely with sales, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment and coordination. š Participate in regular revenue team meetings to provide updates and insights on marketing operations. š Support cross-functional initiatives and projects as needed.
About You
šWe're looking for employees who have: šBachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. š 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing/Sales Ops or a similar role. š Proficiency in Revenue automation platforms (Hubspot, Apollo, SalesNav) and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot). š Excellent project management and organizational skills.
