Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Technology Management: šŸ“Manage and optimize revenue automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Nav, Apollo, etc.) šŸ“Implement and maintain integrations between marketing systems and CRM (e.g., Hubspot). šŸ“ Ensure data integrity across multiple different systems and manage the migrations šŸ“Lead Management & Nurturing: šŸ“ Design and implement lead scoring and nurturing programs. šŸ“ Ensure timely and accurate lead handoff between marketing and sales. šŸ“ Monitor and improve lead conversion rates throughout the funnel. šŸ“Process Optimization & Documentation: šŸ“Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. šŸ“ Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing operations. šŸ“Train and support sales team members on best practices and system usage. šŸ“Data Analysis & Insights: šŸ“ Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. šŸ“ Provide insights and data to support decision-making and strategic planning. šŸ“Cross-Functional Collaboration: šŸ“Work closely with sales, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment and coordination. šŸ“ Participate in regular revenue team meetings to provide updates and insights on marketing operations. šŸ“ Support cross-functional initiatives and projects as needed.

About You

šŸ“We're looking for employees who have: šŸ“Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. šŸ“ 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing/Sales Ops or a similar role. šŸ“ Proficiency in Revenue automation platforms (Hubspot, Apollo, SalesNav) and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot). šŸ“ Excellent project management and organizational skills.
