Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to assess the financial health of distressed companies. šŸ“Assist in the development and execution of restructuring plans, including debt restructuring, asset sales, and operational turnarounds. šŸ“Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports for clients, including financial projections, valuation analyses, and strategic recommendations. šŸ“Support senior bankers in client meetings, negotiations, and transaction execution. šŸ“Conduct industry and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the restructuring and special situations space. šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and operational experts, to deliver integrated solutions to clients. šŸ“Monitor and analyze market developments, regulatory changes, and industry dynamics that may impact clients and transactions.

Qualifications:

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, restructuring, or a related field. šŸ“Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. šŸ“Excellent written and verbal communication skills. šŸ“Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. šŸ“Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. šŸ“Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
