Job Summary
Responsibilities
šGrow and manage the research team - coach and mentor direct reports to reach personal and company goals. šLead development of risk and financial models, data analysis, and implementation of the risk research papers and methodologies into Chaosā products. šStay current with industry developments and integrate the latest research methodologies into our framework. šEngage with protocols such as Aave, GMX, dYdX, Benqi, and Uniswap. šContribute to white papers, publications, and industry conferences across domains such as mechanism design, game theory, incentive design, financial risk, blockchain security, etc. šWork closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to break down complex projects into tangible milestones.
REQUIREMENTS
š5+ years of professional experience in Research - required š2+ years of professional experience leading research teams focusing on blockchain technology. - required. šA deep understanding of finance-based data science - is required. šUnderstanding of DeFi, blockchain systems, and crypto markets. šHands-on experience with Python and relevant data science packages. šExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. šYou love working in small, dynamic, fast-paced teams that encourage you to learn and grow.
