You Will:

📍R&D: Conduct research in multiple blockchain-related areas, including, but not limited to, rollups, modular blockchains, shared sequencing, focused on how these technologies can be leveraged to create new innovations for interoperability 📍Publications: Write technical reports and/or research articles, possibly presenting findings at industry or academic events 📍Prototyping: Build innovative prototypes and Proof of Concepts to apply your research with engineers and thought leaders 📍Communication: Engage in activities with IBC KOLs and stakeholders. Participate in sharing knowledge and fostering innovation with the wider community. 📍Roadmap: Work closely with the business team to shape the roadmap for the protocol and technology, ensuring alignment with our business objectives

You Have:

📍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a related field. 📍Proven research or development experience (5+ years) in blockchain technology, or a related role in the blockchain, crypto, or the fintech industry. 📍Strong technical understanding of blockchain technology, Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC), and/or related concepts. 📍Background in cryptography, protocol engineering, and/or distributed systems. 📍Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely. 📍Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for blockchain technology and its potential to revolutionize the industry. 📍Published articles or educational materials are a huge plus.
