📍3+ years of experience in research and development in the crypto space, with a strong track record of contributions to protocol design and implementation 📍Professional Rust experience 📍Deep understanding of decentralized networks, consensus mechanisms, cryptographic primitives, and protocol-level concepts 📍Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment 📍PhD preferred with a focus on distributed systems, cryptography, or blockchain technology
Responsibilities
📍Conduct research on various aspects of decentralized networks, consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and protocol design 📍Design and architect novel protocols and algorithms to address scalability, security, and performance challenges in crypto 📍Implement and optimize protocol-level features and infrastructure components using Rust 📍Write technical whitepapers, research reports, and documentation to communicate research findings and protocol designs.
