Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
📍Influence and persuade senior site and sales heads to ensure compliance with required quality standards and mitigate risks from non-compliance. 📍Coordinate with Group Quality for a unified global quality approach and consistent documentation. 📍Stay updated on new customer quality requirements, identify gaps in current practices, and help sites close these gaps through planning and best practices. 📍Communicate complex quality information in a user-friendly way. 📍Monitor quality performance using indicators and data analysis to improve customer service and competitiveness. 📍Identify and solve complex quality problems, provide advice in critical situations, and handle product recalls. 📍Make significant business decisions independently that impact multiple sites and overall business performance. 📍Provide training and coaching on quality and customer-related needs. 📍Represent the company on quality committees and regional trade associations. 📍Support sales with quality discussions and meet with main or potential customers in the region.
Requirements
📍Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 📍Degree in Chemistry 📍Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality. 📍Preferably comes with consumer care background and proven experience overseeing the regions (Asia). 📍In-depth understanding of the company’s products and market trends. 📍Thorough knowledge of QA systems, GMPs, and regulatory requirements. 📍Familiarity with guidelines such as ICH, FDA, EMA, MHRA. 📍Ability to plan multiple activities with competing priorities. 📍Commercial insight to evaluate processes for commercial benefits. 📍High level of interpersonal skills.
