📍Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field 📍Proven track record of writing in-depth technical articles mainly focused on blockchain protocol architecture and improvement proposals 📍Ability to effectively bridge business requirements with technical specifications 📍Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, particularly Solana's architecture and ecosystem 📍Experience with protocol development and improvement proposals 📍Outstanding technical writing and documentation skills 📍Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused use cases 📍Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences 📍Track record of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
