Job Summary
Facility Management
šOversee day-to-day operations of our Modern Urban Rental Portfolio šEnsure that the property is maintained to the highest standard and in compliance with all relevant regulations and codes šConduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure that they are addressed promptly šProvide emergency service coordination and generate incident reports šMaintain a working knowledge of all maintenance programs and capital improvement projects to ensure the proper and efficient operation of systems, preventive maintenance programs, housekeeping functions, and responses to resident service requests
Collaboration
šCollaborate with other Property Operations team members, including maintenance technicians and associates, daily to perform all responsibilities šWork closely with the Regional Director of Property Operations to monitor regulatory compliance and company policies and procedures related to property management and ensure that all associates are familiar with and understand them šDevelop and maintain relationships with local vendors and contractors šBid out property services to vendors for competitive pricing šReviews, understands, analyzes, and makes recommendations for vendor contracts to Regional Director
Resident Services
šHandle resident inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner šMarket the property to prospective residents and coordinate leasing efforts šManage resident onboarding, offboarding, and evictions
Property Reporting
šManage the property budget and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget šPrepare detailed operating reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual cadence šReport on delinquency and unpaid balances for the property and organize collections efforts on past residents
Experience
š3-4 years of experience in property management, preferably in a luxury multi-family setting šThis position requires a High School Diploma/GED šStrong leadership, management, and computer skills šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills šKnowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management, including fair housing laws šAbility to work independently and as part of a team šAvailability to work evenings and weekends as needed šDiligent and efficient documentation and task management skills šThis position requires up to 20% travel within Massachusetts
