Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

📍Play a key role in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts. Consult with Practice leadership on the relevant inputs and assumptions, as necessary 📍Create financial reporting that includes variance and trend analysis. Financial reporting includes key performance statistics, revenue backlog reporting quarterly working capital reviews 📍Review reports and analyses with the Operations Manager and Practice leadership. Develop recommendations and follow through on action plans based upon discussions 📍Track, review and advise on the financial status of key engagements, highlighting areas of risk or opportunity 📍Lead the monthly revenue forecast process for the entire Practice, an important management tool for Practice and Corporate leadership 📍Prepare presentation materials and analysis for leadership and management meetings 📍 Perform various ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed 📍Meet with new hires to provide overviews of Operations and engagement economics 📍Monitor various expense categories to ensure adherence to planned annual spend 📍Manage multiple internal relationships within the Practice and Corporate functions. Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
