šImplement execution of robust growth strategies aimed at user acquisition, retention, and heightened engagement šSupport product go-to-market operations, leveraging resources across technology development, product management, and market sectors to achieve project milestones and quantitative targets šAnalyze performance data and metrics to continually refine and optimize growth strategies for maximum effectiveness šMonitor user feedback to uncover demands, preferences, and opportunities that will boost user activity and loyalty within the Web3 space šKeep abreast of the latest trends, advancements, and innovations in Web3, integrating key insights into growth strategies
Requirements
šAt least 2 years of professional operations driven experience in Blockchain, Web3 or NFTs sectors šStrong knowledge and enthusiasm for Blockchain, particularly in Wallet, DeFi, GameFi or NFTs šExperience with various Web3 protocols & Affiliate/KOL management is preferred šDemonstrated success in driving user growth and engagement through innovative strategies and initiatives
