Job Summary
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
📍Serving as the single DRI for one of the biggest growth programs within Coinbase, responsible for driving a large portion of our engagement revenue 📍Understand and own the end to end user experience for the program—continuously measuring, testing, and iterating to improve conversion and overall performance toward KRs 📍Coordinating across creative, legal, product, engineering, and channel teams to manage evergreen programs and launch new campaigns on a weekly cadence 📍Working across different parts of Coinbase to leverage program to drive growth for new products and geos 📍Partnering with our Creative Studio to build, manage, and continually update the program brand ensuring it stays fresh and relevant to our key audience groups 📍Understanding and owning metrics and strategy for the program, including reporting, analysis, and consistent share outs across teams/stakeholders 📍Be the DRI across marketing channels and initiatives within the Growth product org, connecting the dots between different teams, channels and capabilities to execute on core growth product goals. 📍Understand & adhere to the nuances and legal requirements surrounding user privacy & safety, working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulation across products and markets. 📍Share learnings and requirements with our Product, Engineering, and Design teams for program improvements to inform on the larger company growth roadmap.
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
📍3-6 years of product or growth marketing experience, including familiarity with key growth levers and channels (CRM, Incentives, Paid Media) 📍Quantitative-oriented, comfortable with data analysis 📍High bar for quality and craft, and the ability to scale these standards across teams 📍Experience working closely with product teams and a strong understanding of product development cycles 📍Experience running and/or program managing core growth/marketing teams 📍Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple, cross-functional teams 📍Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch: be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done 📍Strong product sensibility and growth mindset–always being able to think beyond the task at hand and come up with ways to 10X the impact of the existing product or expand into new areas 📍Advanced quantitative and deductive skills. Ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise and make data-guided actions 📍You have crypto experience and a knowledge of the retail crypto market.
