Job Summary
In This Role You Will
📍Attract top-tier builders by bringing to market new onchain infrastructure and tooling for tokens and NFTs that enable fair launches for long term builders. 📍Position Metaplex as the default stack for institutional issuers through messaging that highlights compliance tooling and large-scale token issuance workflows. 📍Spotlight emerging verticals such as real-world assets (RWAs) and permissioned DeFi to illustrate the breadth of institutional use cases the MPL stack can unlock. 📍Own end-to-end GTM strategy for compliant, high-profile asset issuance and token launches. 📍Develop co-marketing playbooks and campaign briefs that meet partner objectives while staying within regulatory guidelines. 📍Craft clear, differentiated messaging that underscores Metaplex’s speed, cost efficiency, and composability for both developer and enterprise audiences. 📍Equip partners with collateral, ecosystem metrics, media support to accelerate time-to-market. 📍Work cross-functionally with business development, developer relations, legal, communications, and engineering to keep strategy and execution tightly aligned. 📍Define KPIs for every launch, track performance, and iterate on GTM tactics to drive continuous improvement and ecosystem growth. 📍5+ years in product or growth marketing, with at least 2 years in crypto, fintech, or capital-markets technology.
