We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the evolution and adoption of the VaultLink platform as we grow our customer base. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the early stages of an exciting product with high growth potential.

The ideal candidate will have product management experience leading early stage start-ups or fast-growing tech companies in the crypto, banking, payments industry.

Responsibilities will include:

-Ownership of the Product Roadmap, defining and prioritizing functionality based on feedback from working with our current and future customers

-Clearly defining the functional requirements and user stories to be used by our engineering teams

-Working closely with our partners and internal teams to prioritize the development of new features

-Working closely with our engineering team as the voice of the customer and as the subject matter expert

Required Skills and Experience:

-You have a track record of shipping and iterating on products, either as a product manager or founder, for 4+ years

-You have a solid understanding of Crypto assets (e.g., BTC, ETH, and stablecoins)

-You are customer-obsessed and want to spend a ton of time with customers and prospects, understanding their business models, their existing flows, and the technical support they require to make their visions happen

-You have experience working with large external organizations with multiple stakeholders and managing roadmaps based on customer needs that can be dynamic and changing over time

-Experience working with external vendors

-You are an excellent verbal and written communicator

-You are technical-literate. Familiarity with API docs and bank specs is a plus.

Highly Advantageous:

-4+ years of experience working in the financial services industry

-An understanding of US interbank payment and settlement networks

-Understanding of KYC, KYT and AML

-Experience working in an agile environment

Location: Remote, ideally US based.

Compensation: Equity and compensation is competitive and based on experience.
