Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Define and lead the product vision and strategy, investigating market demand, customer needs and pains, barriers to adoption, business opportunities and competitive advantage. šŸ“Build upon your expert knowledge of the retail industry, competitorsā€™ product offerings and identify market opportunities and gaps in the R3 offerings to ensure that your product remain competitive and differentiated. šŸ“Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products. šŸ“Following agile principles, define, prioritise and manage the product backlog, collaborating with the Product Owner and Solution Architects within organisation to accurately articulate product, customer requirements, co-ordinate releases necessary to win in this market. šŸ“Be the key representative of your products to sales, customers and the market, leading engagements with current and prospective customers and partners, R3 field teams, industry analysts, etc. to gather and utilise feedback to iteratively re-align your strategy and roadmap. šŸ“Brings new products to market by analysing proposed product requirements and product development programs, preparing return-on-investment analyses, and establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing. šŸ“Completes operational requirements and meets product development deadlines by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on work results, including quality control and testing. šŸ“Identifies and manages new and existing product partnerships.
