📍Develop and own the product strategy, planning and roadmap execution 📍Partner with engineering, Finance, Marketing and other product leads to build the Blockchain Platform feature requirements 📍Find ways to ‘productify’ the existing technical components to make them reusable across the company 📍Understand the needs from multiple teams and prioritize the highest impact on customers 📍Work closely with stakeholders on quarterly and annual planning to develop detailed technical PRDs and manage backlogs 📍Define and report on success metrics and targets
