Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDrive new products and revenue streams in concert with customer needs and Bitcoin Depotās evolving business model. šDrive objectives and key results; clearly define requirements, goals, and success criteria for development and other internal organizations šManage business development processes with 3rd party partnerships and integrations šDevelop technology strategies and road maps to meet business objectives by collaborating with Development, Marketing, Compliance, and other internal organizations. šOwn product design and operational discussions with internal teams to ensure business and technical requirements are understood and properly documented and implemented, including understanding customer use cases and scenarios. šKeep executive management informed of progress and any obstacles of product development and risks to Bitcoin Depot and to its customers. šApply creative thinking/approaches to determine the best solutions that further support product or operational efficiency. šEstablish clear, aligned goals and direction; provide candid feedback and coaching to maximize team competency, support career management and development of direct reports. šAbility to travel within United States
Qualifications
šCollege degree with a minimum of eight years in product management/development, systems engineering, or product operations šFour years experience in Agile Management practices, governance, and planning. šDemonstrated success developing and launching products in the payments, cryptocurrency, or related fields šAdvanced knowledge and expertise in Jira šProduct management/development experience managing mobile applications šAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions šProcess orientation; demonstrated ability to develop repeatable processes or improve existing processes in and out of product management
