Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop, monitor, and improve algorithms that provide liquidity on our marketplace; including models for asset valuation, pricing and fee optimization šOversee and manage the operation of market making activities across our digital marketplaces šDevelop and operationalize models that improve user interactions with our marketplace, including recommendation engines and retention/user lifecycle prediction šAssess, integrate and analyze new sources of internal and external data šCollaborate with product managers and engineers to productize data solutions
Basic Qualifications
šBachelor's degree in a technical field with exceptional academic credentials (e.g., Mathematics, EE/CS, Statistics, or Operations Research) š5+ yearsā experience working in a marketplace or e-commerce setting including as a contributor to strategic decisions šIntermediate to advanced Python development skills šExperience working with Python scientific computing packages (NumPy, SciPy, pandas, sklearn) šProficiency with SQL šKnowledge of optimization methods, statistics, econometrics, and machine learning
