Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Develop, monitor, and improve algorithms that provide liquidity on our marketplace; including models for asset valuation, pricing and fee optimization šŸ“Oversee and manage the operation of market making activities across our digital marketplaces šŸ“Develop and operationalize models that improve user interactions with our marketplace, including recommendation engines and retention/user lifecycle prediction šŸ“Assess, integrate and analyze new sources of internal and external data šŸ“Collaborate with product managers and engineers to productize data solutions

Basic Qualifications

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in a technical field with exceptional academic credentials (e.g., Mathematics, EE/CS, Statistics, or Operations Research) šŸ“5+ yearsā€™ experience working in a marketplace or e-commerce setting including as a contributor to strategic decisions šŸ“Intermediate to advanced Python development skills šŸ“Experience working with Python scientific computing packages (NumPy, SciPy, pandas, sklearn) šŸ“Proficiency with SQL šŸ“Knowledge of optimization methods, statistics, econometrics, and machine learning
