Job Summary
Portfolio Analysis
šPerformance Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of real estate assets within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with investment objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). šStrategic Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies to enhance asset value and maximize returns. šReporting: Prepare and present detailed portfolio performance reports, including financial metrics, market analysis, and future outlook. šRisk Mitigation: Identify potential risks within the portfolio and implement proactive measures to address them.
Key Account Management
šClient Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for key investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction with their investment experience. šCustomized Reporting: Deliver tailored reporting and insights to key accounts, highlighting the performance of their investments and responding to their unique needs. šOnboarding and Retention: Oversee the onboarding process for new key accounts and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term client retention. šFeedback Integration: Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, services, and overall client satisfaction.
