Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Organizing and executing quality onboarding processes for new employees, providing support at all stages. 📍Analyzing the reasons for employee turnover and proposing recommendations to reduce it. 📍 Participating in the development and implementation of employee retention and development programs. 📍 Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with employees to identify issues and risks early on, as well as discussing their job satisfaction. 📍 Summarizing meeting outcomes and developing specific recommendations to address identified issues and improve work processes. 📍 Collaborating with managers to implement proposals and recommendations. 📍Organizing and executing performance review processes for administrative staff. 📍 Advising managers on team management, discipline, and motivation based on performance evaluation results. 📍Managing operational tasks in Jira (hiring/onboarding/transfers/terminations). 📍Maintaining reporting and analytics on key HR metrics.
Requirements
📍A strong affinity for HR or psychology with over 2 years of experience in these fields; 📍Excellent communication skills and the ability to build warm, genuine relationships with everyone, regardless of personality type or temperament; 📍 Capable of listening, negotiating, and communicating in a way that makes others feel valued and understood; 📍 Experience with Google tools such as Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.; 📍 Willingness to engage in work, whether it’s a large project or a small task.
